help I lost my design!

Some wonderful person made me a special design for my daughter for out WDW trip, it was her name, Channa spelled out with POTC pictures in the letters. I went to print out the design to make her shirt, and it is just gone. I am so sorry I don't remember who made it for me, but is there anyway I could please have it again! I swear not to let the computer eat this one!
