A group of 12 is planning a DCL cruise preceded by one day at the Magic Kingdom in February. Some have expressed interest in doing a character breakfast. I don't have a clue as to how to do this. Is there a link/site that shows all the character breakfasts as well as prices? We'll be doing MK on a Saturday. Are there character breakfasts on Saturdays? How hard are they to get? When do they start allowing you to reserve them? What exactly is priority seating? HELP!!! Thanks.

OK, first off... take a deep breath....

Now:

1. A character breakfast is a breakfast at WDW where you dine with some characters ie Mickey, Goofy, Chip & Dale, the Princesses, etc. The breakfasts are done in a WDW restaurant, either in a park or at a resort.

2. There are several character breakfasts you can go to. AllEarsNet will give you a complete list of all the character dinings available.

3. Character dinings are done every day

4. Priority seating or PS is Disney's way of a reservation. Unlike a reservation though, you don't reserve a table at a set time. Instead, you reserve the right to the next available table closest to the time you asked for. You can start getting a PS 90 days prior to the date you're seeking

5. The hardest character breakfast to get is the Princesses breakfasts, mainly Cinderella's royal table and the Storybook breakfast in Norway. People are quite zealous in their pusuit of these coveted seats.

6. Since you'll be at MK on that day, I suggest going to the Crystal Palace for breakfast with Pooh and friends. The food is excellent, and if you get an early breakfast time, you might just be able to walk down Main Street when it's empty.

Last but not least.... do your research, take your time, and breathe!:)

Ive done a bunch of Character Breakfasts and I would say for your situation try Chef Mickey's.

First of all - I think everyone should experience it just once. It is really fun. The Characters are Mickey, Minnie, Goofy etc.

Also - it is at the Contemporary which is 5 minutes from MK. You can walk or take the monrail.

I here the one at Cinderella's castle is great but I have never tried it. Get the PS early.

Might also want to think of Crystal Palace which is in the MK. It has all the Winnie the Pooh characters.

These are my suggestions - let me know what you choose!!!!
