I leave next Saturday for disney!!!! my boyfriend surprised me with this trip and i'm super excited to be heading back to my favorite place after 5 years. My boyfriend loves roller coasters, me....not so much! I actually went on my first coaster in WDW 5 years ago. It was big thunder mountain. i know most consider it a "baby" coaster, but i was still super nervous. Clearly i survived and would do it again. even though i was still shaking after the ride was over lol But now my boyfriend keeps saying he wants me to go on space mountain, the mine train, and Everest. We got fp+ for the mine train. I am a HUGE princess fan so I don't mine trying this one too much
I watched several youtube videos of space mountain, everest, and even test track. they don't seem to be bad at all... but of course it's a whole different experience than just watching a video of it.
I've had this fear of roller coasters ever since i was a kid and saw someone fall off of one and end up severely hurt. (i think they may have even died in the end) so while my fear seems silly, especially for a college girl...the fear is real, and i think i have a pretty good reason. i feel like i did pretty good at trying to over come this fear on my last trip with trying BTMR but now my bf is asking me to be even more adventurous. He tried this last trip as well but i wasn't giving in. i want to be more brave, sooo im wondering how "scary"these rides are. of course i understand it is different for everyone, just looking for some opinions. i'm really hoping to over come this fear, as i hear some of these rides can be super fun.
