Help...has this happened to anyone??

We did a book drive for the USO, we have been in regular contact with them. We shipped the books Monday and faxed the information over to the
coordinator yesterday. She emailed us back to say that she verified all nine of us (under 5 differnt accounts). The status on our accounts says pending verification. Then we received emails saying Rats! You and the other memberrs in your party (they listed the names)failed to sign up for an activity! Does this mean that the verification was not approved for some reason. There are 9 of us in our party. Initially I had signed several of us up under my account, but then I had the others sign up separatley becuase they are family members but they live at different address-so a few of the names would have been on two accounts, but each person actually signed up under their own account. The coordinator had all of that information. What could have happened? What should I do??? Has this happenedto anyone else? Who should I contact??

I think they sent out a mass "Rats" email...it seems they should have sent it to anyone who had not selected an activity, but maybe instead they sent it to anyone who was not verified? My guess is so long as the coordinator verifies your participants correctly you'll be fine and the email can be ignored.

This morning I checked my e-mails looking for an e-mail saying to print voucher - nothing there (I did my volunt"ear"ing last Saturday). I decided to go to the Hands On site and went into "manage my account" and there was the notice what would you like to do with your voucher - donate or print? I printed it out. Later in the morning I received an e-mail that my voucher was ready, what would I like to do.....
Anyway this evening, I received the Rats e-mail. I too am sooooo confused!
There was a section on the bottom of the "rats" e-mail to contact Disney - I explained I had already received an e-mail to print my voucher, etc..... Have not gotten a response as yet (I'm figuring it will take awhile- 2 weeks?)
I would look at the bottom of the "rats" e-mail and just send them a note so there is some sort of record of it.
