I work in one of the restaraunts at MGM and my manager told some guests to go over to guest relations and get a new letter because this was the last night the letter they had was good. So I'm guessing any of the guest relations can help you. Don't quote me on it though. Just trying to help 

When I said I knew it was taking many weeks she said my credit card had been charged and I will get them in the next batch I find this hard to believe anyway she did give me her direct line and I plan to call back 10 days before my trip if I don't get the cards I refuse to trek to Epcot! She said legal has changed these policies and the can't have letters all over the parks- really then they should figure out how to mail the cards in time!! She did say they are now all caught up so I bet you all have your cards today!! 


time enough for letter to arrive and get to the most months in case you need a return trip
