Help - Forgot my Rewards card!

Isn't there a place in DW where I can get it replaced? We're on the road and I just realized I left it at home.

Isn't there a place in DW where I can get it replaced? We're on the road and I just realized I left it at home.

I know that they will replace lost or stolen cards but I don't know if you can get an immediate replacement while you are in Disney.

With respect to any lost, stolen or mutilated Disney Rewards Cards, please notify Chase Cardmember Services promptly by calling (800) 436-7999. Upon such notice, and subject to Cardmember verification, Chase shall suspend use of any such lost, stolen or mutilated Disney Rewards Card, and Chase will provide you with a replacement Disney Rewards Card (any Disney Rewards Card in excess of two (2) during any calendar year shall be subject to payment of a service fee by you and charged to your Disney Rewards Visa Card account) bearing the balance of Disney Dream Reward Dollars on your lost, stolen or mutilated Disney Rewards Card at the time the Disney Rewards Card was suspended. Any Disney Dream Reward Dollars used prior to the time you notify Chase of a lost or stolen Disney Rewards Card, whether such use was by you or anyone else, is permanently forfeited and cannot be restored. ​

I suppose that you could call the number for cardmember services to find out if there is somewhere in Disney that you can get the replacement card.

You can get a Disney Visa Rewards card at any Guest Services inside the parks or at Downtown Disney. You just show them your Visa and they get you a blank card.

I don't know about transferring rewards from one card to another, but you have to call the 800# to activate the new card anyway, so they should be able to help you.

I always wait until I am at Disney to get my card after forgetting it at home once- it's one less thing for me to remember before I leave!

I went to the guest services at DTD, the CM meet me in line and I explained my problem (same as yours). He went behind the desk, got me a new card amd sent me to the courtesy phone. I called the 800# and they deactivated my old card and put the points on the new one. When I left there I went shopping and used it right away with no problems. And that's one of the reasons I love Disney!
