Ok - I have spent a ton of time on the CATSA (Can. Air Transport Security Assoc.) website, and I still can't quite figure out a few things. Hoping some of you can help me?
How do duty free purchases of alcohol work? I read that there are restrictions on ALL liquids (except baby milk and juice etc...) of 100mls or less. Anything larger needs to be placed in checked baggage. But if you are purchasing from a duty free AFTER passing tru security, you no longer have access to your checked baggage to put anything in there!!
Can anyone clarify this for me? Hubby is looking forward to buying some stuff we can't get up here, and we aren't sure we can get it back!
Thanks
