Help fast Fujifilm FinePix S700

Any opinions? We are leaving in 2 days and my camera died. I can get a good deal on this. I am by no means an expert, just need something that takes good pics. Old camera was a Sony cyber-shot DSC P51.

I do not have any experience with it, but if it has the large 1/1.7" sensor, that would be a nice feature. You could try reading reviews at DCResource.com, Steves-Digicams.com, and DPReview.com to see what they thought about it.
