Help! DU ressie not showing up on the official Disney page?

Hi,

Quick question: should me MYW package ressie show up on the official Disneyworld page under existing ressies? I thought it should. I paid my deposit for two seperate ressies 2 days ago, have a confirmation # from DU, and the deposit has gone through. I'm getting concerned that disney doesn't seem to recognize it when I enter it. Thought I'd ask before called Disney. TIA!

Only reservations booked online can be pulled up online. At least that is what I have been told

Don't worry. If you booked through a TA only they can "see" your reservation. Disney can "see" reservations made online or by phone by them. Hope this helps. I too didn't like that I couldn't go online to Disney to see it.

While you can not see your reservation online through the official Disney site you can see your reservation through DU. If you called in your reservation or made changes to your reservation through Disney directly (using a TA you can not do this) you also would not be able to view it online. I am speaking from experience on this. We once changed an exisiting reservation made online through the Disney Website. We needed to call someone to make the changes; as soon as we did that the reservation could no longer be viewed online. If it makes you feel better, this is our third time using DU and thus far we have never had any problems with any our reservations despite several changes. If it makes you feel better you can call Disney directly using your reservation confirmation number that you find on the DU website. Personally, we never called to verify our rooms.
