Help Downloading PICS From MAC/APPLE

Hi Folks....

Can someone walk me through how you download a photo onto a post?
I now have an APPLE and I am 100% clueless! TIA

I upload my photos to Photobucket and you get a link from there- copy it and paste it(into your post) to put it into your post. With Photobucket you use the IMG code. Someone else may be able to explain better.

When in iPhoto, go up to the menu bar,
iPhoto>preferences> General> Mail.

It works the same no matter what computer type you have. You have to upload your photo's to a server. That could be .Mac, photobucket, smugmug, etc.

I use smugmug, but they require a yearly fee. I find the service to be very easy to use, and Apple friendly.

As the other poster stated, you then have to get the picture address, and paste that into your post. There is an icon in the bar above where you type your post and if you click on that, and then paste the photo's address, that usually works (its the icon with the mountains inside the little yellow rectangle).
