Help DIsney Magical Express

I asked about this on the resort forum, but didn't get any response...so I'm hoping someone will give me some advice here. We leave on May 16th for Pop. We made our reservations through a travel agent who specializes in WDW. She made our DME reservations on April 10 and I received the confirmation in my email. No tags or vouchers yet. She called to check on April 26 and they said 7-10 business days. Still nothing.

Can someone reassure me that this will all work out. By the way, we are flying Delta and planning to check 1 bag.

I have my DME in hand for my May 28 trip. Usually we get them about 3-4 weeks prior to travel. The issue with using a travel agent is that the packet usually gets sent to them first, then they have to get it to you. And because they 'own' the reservation, you can't call DME and make sure that you are in the system.
So, if your packet doesn't get there by the 16th, I would take the confirmation that you got from your agent, and have that in hand, just in case there is any question when you get to the DME area. No, you won't be able to tag the checked bags. But, you can either go to baggage claim and get them yourself, or just go directly to DME and give them the info needed to have someone get the bags for you and get them to your resort.

You should have the DME documents by now. I am using a travel agent. We leave May 31 and I got my DME info a week ago from the agent. Call her!

Well, it hasn't been 10 days yet, so maybe they are coming. If it helps, i added DME to my cruise reservation about 10 days before we sailed; I had my booklet/tags in a couple of days.
