HELP! Current Incentives at HHI & VB

I'm heading down to WDW on April 30th for 2 weeks and i'm interested in joining the DVC. I went for the 'Open House' in December and have decided that i'm quite keen on HHI or VB.

Anyway, I've been reading a lot about the current incentives for BCV but I was wondering what the current incentives are for HHI and VB (if any?). When I went in December my guide told me they were offering MB at $13 per point.

Also, will the HHI/VB incentives end at the end of April when the BCV incentives are due to end?

The MB's were $13 back in December(for VB and HH), thats when we added on at VB. But I think now it might be $10 off, around $65 for VB and HH. I am sure Doc will have the exact answers for you.

Yes the curent MB for both is $10. => 65 per point. Called my guide for prices 2 weeks ago.

Keep in mind that the incentives are very different.

The $5 incentive at BCV doesn't involve any buy back of points. You will still receive your full allotment of points for a purchase of 100 points or more (150 for a new member).

At HH and VB, the MB program is $10 per point, but DVC is buying back the points and you will still pay prorated dues on those points- even though you won't be using them for a reservation.

Apparently, some use years are already sold out at HH.

Its like a sale. Points are 70 per point at bcv (75-5). Thats it, you stillget all the 1st years points.
