Help! Can't get into Lily's room!

Help! I've been waiting in the queue for ages, now my turn's come up and it won't let me in. Clicking the button doesn't work and the countdown just keeps going back up to 19 when it finishes. What do I do?! The queue is too long for me to get to the front before the room closes, but I'd like to do this quest. I can't find her room in the list either, but it's not meant to close for another hour and a half. Has anyone had this problem before, and if so, did you manage to solve it?

It says in the listing 12:30 to 3:30. If the room was closed, wouldn't I be kicked out of the queue, as well?

this sounds like the bug when you have a typing ticket and cant get into the room.

Maybe the time means how long the quest in the q button is for, but I'm not sure

Bother, I've just reread the description, and it does seem to just be the first hour that the room is open. My fault misreading it, but they really should have laid it out more clearly.
