Help, AP?

We leave tomorrow and I am frantically looking for my diaper backpack that has made the past 5 WDW trips with us. My annual passes are in it and the bag is nowhere to be found. We possibly left it in our room on our Jan cruise???? I know I can replace the passes but our first morning we have a PS for PSB at 8:50 and we are staying at the BCV. We planned to use the entrance at the International Gateway, but will there be a place there where we can replace our passes? Will we need to take a cab to the front entrance to get in?
 
i'm 95% sure there is a guest relations window at the IG. I've seen a bunch of other post telling people to go there to get their activate their APs because of the shorter lines.:D

The ticket booth at the International Gateway is the Guest Relations window. It is staffed by GR CM's. They can absolutely replace your AP's there. Just be sure to bring photo ID for all adults.
 
Thank you so much, I feel much better now. I don't know what I would do without all of you! I just want to thank everyone who has helped me plan this vacation and make the trip truly magical.:p
