Help! ?AP won't work !

Ok, I got my AP in the mail 3 days ago but it will not work on the site. It keeps telling me that it is a invaild number so I called a CM told me I had to email them and I did. It has been 2 and 1/2 days and I have not be emailed back . When I tried to email them again today the page kept redirecting me back to the email page. I tried calling ticketing but it is busy, busy, busy. Anyone out there have any suggestions?

Try calling cro directly. They changed the ap program a few days ago. You can make reservations over the phone now too.

I had a similar problem. Another Diser helped me. My problem was with the TR #. Just type in the last set of TR #s. Ex: TR: 123 456. Type in 456.

I was typing it in wrong! Why don't they tell you just to type in the last number? Thanks everyone!
