HELP! Anyone test at CVS with kids??

HELP! Posted this is the testing thread as well...Has anyone gotten tested at CVS with child/under 18 year old? We went to test at CVS today, very easy, they called a few hours later with negative results for all 5 of us, said we could set up my chart with the emails they sent to view/print. Problem is, only hubby, oldest (over 18) and myself got the email, not the 2 younger kids..then I noticed this on the email

Does this mean you cannot view/print kids results?? I tried calling and theyre closed now and says closed tomorrow too. Anyone else test at CVS with under 18yo? If so, how do you get the results?

I checked their website but didn't see anything. Hopefully there is just a delay?

I read that CVS texts the results for minors to the cell number you provided. They then give you prompts on how to download the results.
I also read if you don’t receive the text there is a 1-866 number for results for minors as well you can call.
let me know how it goes- we are hoping to use CVS in sept when we head to Disneyland!

So I came across this, but was not told it would be any different for adults vs kids when we tested..

I also tried the texting RESULTS with DOB but it did not work. I was able to get thru to the central minute clinic line, as the clinic we went to was closed today and the rep said they do not give my chart accounts for minors but I should have gotten a text with their results. I said I hadn't but had gotten an email for the 3 adults. She said she could re send them but would be 24-48 hours, which I was not comfortable with, or she said she could fax them right away. I said I needed them sooner than that but I didnt have a fax machine, so she was very helpful and prompted me to download a free fax app, get a number and faxed the kids results over, which resulted in the fax app to email me the results. In the end, I have the test results but it was quite the production and I dont know why you cant just add a minor to a parent account or something to avoid this hassle. Otherwise, the testing day of was super smooth!

A few hours, however these were antigen.

I worried about this also. I called the CVS helpline a couple hours after the tests since I saw I couldnt download my daughters' results and they were somewhat vague...but...I received my 8 yr old daughters' test results by email along with mine and my wife's 24 hours after testing (PCR). I did set up accounts for both me and my wife on their website.

I put down my email/contact info for all four tests.
