Help! 1.5 days (including MHP)

Am having a rough go at trying to sort through our itinerary. We arrive in the land of the mouse on Oct 21st, have a 1 day hopper for Monday the 22, and tickets to the Halloween party on the 23rd. Monday the park opens at 10 (early morning entry at DCA...which we don't have).
Should we:
Set up a touring plan for DCA for crazy Monday morning (first time to carsland for us) although we will be getting in later than the EME people? Spend the afternoon over at DL, then back to DCA in the evening (we are good to miss WOC this trip)?
Then catch what we missed at DL before the Halloween party (be there right at 3pm)? At the party we would really like to focus on the characters, parade, fireworks, and trick or treating vs. catching rides we may have missed on Monday.
Aaaaccccckkkkkk! It kind of gives me a little anxiety think about it don't know how to create a touring plan for this insanity

Do you have any little ones with you, or will you be able to utilize the SR line? If it were me. I would be at DCA at rope drop, get FP for RSR (I have a LO). Go to LFT, MJJ and whatever DCA rides I wanted to do. Head over to DL after that.
For the Halloween parties, the candy lines and meet and greets will be busy in the beginning and should get shorter later on.

Yes. We have young'uns with us (8 and 6).
