Yeah I used to work for a phone company, and Dillon also deals with a phone company every day for his work, so we know a little about what to do if you're at your wits end. And if they don't help you after that, then it really is time to change.

Thank you for your advice, I will definitely use it.

Guys! I am so excited about our trip!!! I'm not really ready to share it with anyone else yet, cause they'll probably think I'm crazy, so for now I am just going to squeal with excitement on here, kay?

It's nice this time to only have a two month wait instead of 9 or 10. Eeeeep!!!! :cool1:

I totally understand the excitement. If everything goes as planned I am going next month and I am staying at that hotel I told you about.

:cool1: I am excited about my December trip too dont worry!

I know you are!!

I am glad there is people who get as excited as me. Most of my friends just don't get it, lol.

Mine either.

I get the whole "You are going to Disneyland AGAIN?!"

I do too, but I am going with one of those friends this trip.:rotfl:

Yep, I am sure I will get that from a few people when I tell them. I am sure my Dad will have a fit, but oh well. I am not sure when I will get to go back again, so I am taking full advantage of this opportunity. It's expensive to go a lot from here. As I am sure you know as you have to go overseas.

I expect my mom will when she finds out too. Too bad.

It's so quiet in here tonight. What is everyone doing? Maybe I should go read my book instead of stalking the same 5 pages over and over...

I was out picking up Scotty.

I am still keeping that hotel in mind. I put in a reservation for the Motel 6 one, as it's the best priced one so far. I read some reviews on that tripadvisor site, and it didn't look too bad. And it doesn't look too much farther away than the HoJo.

:lmao: I don't know where everyone is! I am pretty dull at the moment I'm sorry

Everybody is probably eating.

I think someone stayed at the Motel 6 recently, I need to go back and look at the trip reports I have read. If I find it I will let you know.

Thanks! That would be very helpful. Hotel isn't that big a deal to us, as long as it's clean and there are no bugs! I am sure I will welcome it more this time than I did before, as I will be 7 months pregnant, but I am still not that picky.

I cannot for the life of me remember whose it was but I do know that the last Motel 6 I stayed at was the last. There were bugs in the room, that was more than enough for me.

Yikes. I really hope that's not the case for this one. From the reviews, it sounded clean, so I hope it is. Bugs are enough to scare me away from anything.

There is that or the Super 8 that are relatively the same price. But I am worried that the lower price means it's not so good. I just don't want to pay $120+ a night.

After openly looking at the resort hotels the $119 rate of the Ayre's looks cheap.:rotfl: Especially when you consider that the Ayre's is ranked number 1 and the GCH is ranked number 5.

That's for sure! I am just worried about paying for a hotel that's a little more, then our flight prices going up before we can book them and not being able to go. If our flight stays cheap, then I will look into a little better hotel. For now, this is my back up! Also I am not sure what's going to be available by the end of the month. Two of the hotels I looked at were booked.

Hotel prices scare me

(:wave2: hi)

Me too. I researched it out and made an itemized list of them, discussed it with my travel partner who now needs a nickname. Originally we wanted to stay within walking distance. Then we decided that it was so worth staying so far out.

Totally makes sense to me. I used a map and went at it like a report for a class or something.

Hi!!

It's like whispering. Only better!

:thumbsup2 It's all about finding what works best for you!! Right now I'm glad to have a place to stay. The driving bit bites, especially with gas. But it works out in the long run with free parking because of the AP.

There you go. Gotta love the free parking. I was like wait a minute why was it we were staying within walking distance? I have free parking.:rolleyes1

That's gotta be handy. Except when there's traffic. I didn't like the traffic too much in LA, lol. We got stuck a couple times.

Hotel prices scare me too. Flight prices even more though, yikes! They can bounce up and down so much, and it scares me to say we are for sure going on this trip when the prices could very well go up a couple hundred dollars. (please, please don't!!) I wish I could give them a deposit that will guarantee my price until i can pay it in full at the end of the month.

That sucks. The airlines have people over a barrel.

We are renting a car to drive, she doesn't want to put the miles on her Mustang and WBG will need the van.

We looked into that for our last trip before I got my car. It was going to be pretty pricey for us, but we are a lot further away. It's a good idea though. Definitely saves a bit of cash. We just can't afford the time to drive right now. Also I don't know if I am ready to do that drive again so soon...

No, of course not. We are only a little over 400 miles so that makes a big difference. We are getting an Impala because neither one of us wants a little car. And she is getting her company price on it.

I am hoping we can see Fantasmic! this time around. We didn't make it a priority last time cause the dragon was down. This time I would like to squeeze it in. Other than that, I am not doing any planning for this trip. Maybe a dinner on the night of Dillon's birthday, but he's gotta pick what he wants first.

It certainly gives you a little more options price wise when looking at hotels. If something cheaper is farther away it's no biggee.

The traffic can be a pain, but the thing for me is that I'm not so stressed about being there early. For the most part when I would drive there wouldn't be too much traffic. Not any that I couldn't handle. I didn't spend long in the Park on average a day. Got there between 11 and noon and would leave before 4 or 5 and had no trouble driving to and from save maybe 5 minutes.

Oh that's going to be nice. Nice and spacious! We didn't have that with 4 adults in my car, lol. My car is a decent size, but not for a trip that long, lol. We were so glad to be done when we got back! I don't think any of us wanted to get in a car for a while. Too bad we had to be back at work, lol.
