yeah but as cold as it has been i dont know how ok that would be.. he usually refuses to wear his hat and gloves..

Does he go to any daycare or anything? Maybe find some fun little crafts you can do with him.

he doesnt go to day care.. he likes to color but he has to be in the mood.. he's really only old enough to color..
Maybe you could make homemade playdough with him? I know I did a lot of craft foam with the 2-3 year old I worked with. They loved it.

At least homemade would probably be better.I have no idea what is in actual playdough. Although it is non-toxic. Take a look around websites likehttp://familyfun.go.com/ to find stuff to keep him busy during the day. Sounds like he needs a little more stimulation.
I don't know about you all but I like that signatures have a length limit. I've seen sites with ridiculously long signatures allowed. I hate all of the scrolling that is then involved.
