I don't think I could wait until last minute to pack. I'm an OCD packer, it's bad. Then again, I've pretty much done that my last two trips down to see the BF and go to Disneyland but if it came to a full trip I would be packing for weeks. Weeks, I tell you.

How many days will you be there? Definitely sounds like it will be fun though. I've loved meeting up with some DIS'ers. It's helped make some great friendships so far.

Do you have a particular pin set/type that you shoot for? I only keep ones that are Snow White related because she's my favorite Princess and it's my favorite Disney movie. I've debated adding Jessica Rabbit since she's my namesake, but so far I haven't.

I'm packing tonight!
I made arrangements to meet up with some other disers so that should be fun. Hoping super bowl sunday wont be packed! I just got back from Thanksgiving break there so as long as it isnt more packed than that we should be okay!

Those vinylmations are absolutely adorable! I am a huge pin collector with my mom and little sister but I just cant do both. My sister started collecting vinyls but she only has two.

I usually LOVE to pack way in advance but.....I just dont have enough jeans for that.

We are leaving tomorrow (just my mom and I leaving sisters at home) our plane lands at 4:35 then we will head into the park since we have passes and we come home late Monday night.

You visit your Bf down there? Do you have a long distance relationship?
If so VERY COOL! Thats what my boyfriend and I have!

I usually aim for ALL the hidden mickeys no matter what set. I started awhile ago. I buy any pins I like also, like ones with Walt Disney and stuff. I am also trying to finish the ten ways to say ten pins. I only need three more of the WDW set.

Hey there! Back from shopping and dinner.

Dillon's mom was nice enough to buy me an outfit to wear from the maternity store. I didn't really need it, as i've had clothes for a while, but it was really nice of her to do that.

We also went to the fabric store, and I picked out some Mickey fabric that she is going to show me how to make into crib sheets. And we might make a blanket out of it too. I am excited for that!

Then we met up with Dillon and some other family members for wings at Tony Romas. That was a yummy meal, but I can never seem to fill up on just wings. Very good though!

With the pins I am the type that just buys what I want. I never get any with trading in mind. And there are certainly no sets that I collect.

I get what you mean about the jeans though. The number of mine have dwindled down and I'm too cheap to buy new ones so it makes my obsessive packing difficult. It forces me to stay at home unless I'm working and then I'm wearing khaki so it's all good.

My BF lives in Santa Monica and I'm going down to see him whenever I can which also means a trip to Disneyland. I mean, I couldn't not take advantage of the shorter distance. It's a 5 1/2 - 6 hour drive from here to there.

I know a lot of people that are like you on the packing. I think that I am more the exception.

And mostly everyone I know is the last minute packer, especially in my family. I always feel like the exception rather than the rule.

Me too, honestly, lol. I haven't touched a sewing machine since I was in like grade 10, so it's been about 12 or so years. But if I have someone who does it a lot helping me, I have a bit of faith, lol. I am excited to see what we can make!

I've made quilts and I prefer to do my stitching by hand. I find it relaxing.

Santa Monica is BEAUTIFUL! My great Grandma used to live there andI would always visit. Its a six hour drive from me to there too. I still have alot of family who lives down there. My boyfriend lives in Las Vegas so is a nine hour drive or one hour flight. I see him about every three months. It's been four so my stress level is a bit off the charts!
