Babies nails are so teeny. i remember just looking at my babies and how small they were and just finding it so amazing that we made them. I loved counting their little toes and rubbing their cheeks and just smelling their baby smell. Andrea, I think i need another baby! At almost 50, I'm not sure Jon will feel quite the same way.

I am really starting to look forward to all that little stuff.

You will get to look forward to grand kids in the future. And then you get to do all that and spoil them and then send them home after, lol. I am sure that's one of the best things about being a grandparent!

I used to get my nails done every two weeks, oh yeah I pampered myself but I just stopped. I am not sure why.

I struggled a little with turkey during the holidays. It didn't make me sick, but I wasn't loving it like I normally would. Other than that, I have had no issues with food so far. And no weird cravings either. Except maybe a bit more sweet stuff than usual.

Oh red beans and rice is a dish with smoked sausage, stewed tomatoes, kidney beans, and I use brown rice. I season it with a little bit of chili powder and a dash of cumin. And we garnish it with a mild cheddar cheese.

It's so easy to make too. I got the recipe from familyfun.com I did edit it with the cumin.

Possibly. It's more the texture than the taste of kidney beans I don't like. I don't like the gushy feeling when you bite into them, lol. Not sure if black beans have that same texture or not. Can't say I've had them much.

No, black beans are more of a harder bean than a kidney bean is. You know I find that if I use dry beans they are not as mushy. You know what I mean?
