It didn't completely hit until Sunday. I think I was so busy I didn't slow down enough for it to catch on until this weekend.

I all but hid before my trip and although I thought I had it, it was really mild and it wasn't anything near what I have now.

My Mom is celebrating 3 years of being sober today!! I am so proud of her! And also 2 months with no smoking either. She is doing so well.

It sure isn't. There was ten years of struggling with treatment centers and it just never worked. I am glad one finally did. I really don't know where we'd be right now if it hadn't. I got really bad.

My grandma quit smoking 8 years ago. She is so happy she did it. Smoking is nasty if you ask me. The smell makes me nausous. I have no idea if I spelt that right but oh well.

Makes me nauseous as well. Sick to my stomach really. Whenever my sister is home I'm constantly sick. It's a horrible, horrible thing.

Yes, smoking is quite a nasty habit. I am glad that is gone as well. But if I were to have a choice of the two, I would prefer her smoking, cause at least it doesn't make her go crazy. But having both gone, it's definitely a big thing!

The smoke from all the campfires was hanging in the air just sitting there and I realized that was what my lungs were like and that was it for me. I quit and I have never looked back.
