The one I was lucky enough to get was a postcard with 40% off my room rates. They're randomly mailed to a tiny percentage of people, and I lucked out. What may have helped was a) ordering the trip planning DVD or b) going to the Disney reservation site and playing with dates. (Not actutally making lots of reservations, but pricing them out.) No one is really sure how they decide who gets one. And despite what you read here, most people are NOT that lucky.

The other set of codes that are causing a buzz are general codes, open to anyone. The latest one is good for travel from March 31-May 21, and involves an upgrade of tickets. You can find info on it here: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1729301

STill a third option: are you an AAA member? They offer discounts of 10-20% off your room rate, depending on the resort and the season. They're well worth the price of joining AAA, even aside from all the other benefits open to AAA members.
