Helllllpp!! Only 1night at mk

So I'll make this quick... I'm at work and just found out that I'll be doing one late afternoon evening at MK. Long story short... it was a girls weekend at Universal, but one of group scored us some tix for MK after 2pm. We are going tomorrow night and I haven't been to WDW in years. I know my way around pretty well, but I need some veterans to give me some ideas on how to best utilize the precious little time we have there... 3 of us are going, not whole big group. I'm a Disney girl but my girls wanted to do the whole Harry Potter thing so I'm just out of my mind happy to see MK at xmas time.... Any ideas on strategies or must-do's that are new within the last 5 years I'd love to hear!! thanks everyone!!!
