Ridemax says that the height requirements for Tuck and Roll's Drive 'Em Buggies is 42" to ride and 48" to drive.
My 2006 passporter says 36" to ride and 48" to drive.
The DL website just says 36" with no distinction between riding and driving.

My guess is that's it's 36" to ride and 48" to drive, can someone confirm this for me?

Thanks!

I think it is 36 to ride and 48 to drive. My daughter is about 37 or 38 inches and she was able to go on it recently, but I had to drive. I believe they have changed the requirement, because I think I remember her not being tall enough to ride it before.

I agree with PP. None of my kids are tall enough to drive, but they have been on as a rider!!

According to the DCA map from Dec., T&R's DuB has a minimum height requirement of 36". It says nothing about driving or not. The reason for a hiehgt requirment for driving is that shorter guests may not be able to reach the pedal.

When I went, they asked me how old my daughter was. I was thinking, "What does that have to do with anything?" But they wouldn't let her drive. She's about 44".

I have 2 girls, both 47 inches.(Yes, BOTH 47 inches. You know that drives my 8 year old crazy) The last 2 times we have gone, we were asked their ages. My 7 year old(at the time) could go by helself, but my 6 year old had to ride with an adult. They explained that you had to be 7 to ride by yourself.
The height requirement used to be 48 inches I believe, because when we have gone in years past, they were not able to drive at all. Disney changed it to 36 inches to ride. Now that they have changed the requirement, it is a much more enjoyable ride for all. I remember thinking, how lame is this that they put a ride with a 48 inch requirement in A Bug's Land? I have noticed a couple rides that have changed the requirement recently. I hope this helps. Have a fun trip.

In 2004 it was still 42 inches to ride. I had a 36 inch and 42 inch DD. The next year we prepared 40 inch that she couldn't ride and when we got there they had changed it to 36 inch to ride.

Throughout the park it is a 7 year age limit to ride by yourself. The 2 girls rode Buzz together one time and the next time the CM wouldn't let the 5 year old ride with big sis. They are never alone, one of us always is in the next car but when 5 year old had to ride with me she wouldn't shoot any targets and we have a great picture of her pouting.

DD turned 7 our first day last year so that made it even more special when she got to ride in her own car.
