This is my first time using Ridemax. I have a subscription to Touring Plans and I used it to figure out what parks to do on which days, although I also ignored them at least once! Ridemax is cool because you can type in what time you're going to arrive and when you plan on leaving, as well as your dining plans, and it comes up with your plan based on that and what rides you want to go on.

Can't wait to hear more about your plans. And you have such nice pictures to go along with it!

News on our summer vacation 2011 - Aug 13 - Sept 10!

I JUST NEED TO SHARE THIS WITH ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!!

Just got off the phone with Disney reservations! I changed/rebooked my existing FD reservation for POR to room only at Old Key West, 1 bedroom villa!! - yes that is HOW excited we are!!!

Saved 1680$ off the rack rate!

Thank you, Disney, for getting 2011 off to a truely magical start!

Day 2, February 20, 2011

I guess we will be up pretty early as our body will think it is actually 6 hours „later“.

Once we have taken our showers and gotten ready we will check out of the Clarion and drive over to Wolfgang Puck’s Express for breakfast at 9am.

Tom will most likely have a breakfast pocket and

I will definitely have a Smoked Bacon Breakfast Pizza. After filling up on those yum yum goodies we will drive over to the Coronado Springs Resort to check in.

I doubt they will have a room available by mid morning, so we intend on dropping off our luggage at bell services, before heading out again.

Depending on the time we will leave the Coronado Springs Resort we will head to the

Prime 1 outlet to have a good look at the

Disney Outlet before heading over to Universal Citywalk.

I guess Tom will have a good look around th Fossil store and I “might” just pop into the Fresh Produce store that sells all those fab Vera Bradley bags. Maybe I will even buy one!

By then it should be time for lunch and a visit to Bubba Gump’s Shrimp Company.

I wonder what I might order at Bubba’s?

Maybe I’ll try the Coconut Shrimp “for a change”!

We will have to leave Citywalk by then and get back to the car. Once we are out of the Universal Structure we will head towards Port Canaveral to have a look at “our” Dream. Yes, the Disney Dream is supposed to sail out of Port Canaveral that day at 4pm and we want to see her off!

I gotta tell you Karin, that coach meal on Lufthansa looks a lot better than the transatlantic meal that Continental serves! Bleck!

And I'm not surprised that you will order the Coconut Shrimp from BG. Why am I not surprised??

Great news on your room at OKW for the summer! That is fantastic! So far, your plans for day two look like they're shaping up quite nicely. That outlet mall looks great. Someday we will venture off Disney property...MAYBE!!

I was SO excited about being able to stay at OKW both parts of our WDW stay in the summer, I danced around the room literally!

Since we have FD for the first part with the UK deal (42% off the resort rate AND Free Dining) we were quite happy to go without a Dining Plan for the second part. And there is always our Tables in Wonderland Card for a discount!

We love those outlet malls - we usually only go to the ones that have a Disney outlet!
Getting a good deal on Disney merchandise is just the best!
Maybe you really should try and discover what else the area has to offer some day!

Day 2, February 20, 2011

Day 2, February 20, 2011, Part 2

Yes, the Disney Dream is supposed to sail out of Port Canaveral that day at 4pm and we want to see her off!

Guess I will have lots of “boaty” photos to post that day.

Poor Tina, I guess you will “have to have” a look at them right there and then at CSR.

I guess we will arrive back at the resort by 6.30 and finally go and check out our room.

After some rest we will head over to the Contemporary Resort for our reservation at The Wave.

I just looked at their menu on allears and it looks like they have changed their dessert menu. Lots of yummy things I would love to try on there!

After dinner we will stroll over to the Magic Kingdom. I love the Magic Kingdom at night and especially when they have VERY late extra magic hours!

We will probably just walk down Main Street, have a few Photopass photos taken and head over to Tomorrowland and one of our all time favourite rides, the Peoplemover. By then Extra Magic Hours should have started and we will hopefully have met Tina.

So here is my plan of attack and I hope you’re gonna join us, Tina. If the Jungle Cruise

is up and running I guess we would love to ride it, as the skippers really go off their spiel and crack a lot of fun jokes.


Next stop will be Pirates, which hopefully has only a short line or the left side line will be open.

I am not sure if the line for BTMRR will be short enough for us to get into by then, but let’s just hope for the best. Maybe we’ll even ride it twice!
My next supposed stop would be

the Haunted Mansion, followed by

Peter Pan, if I can get on without wait. We hope to get into Philharmagic before we will finally head over to Space Mountain for a fun ride. If there is still time and stamina left, we might even track back to

BTMRR again, for another ride. By then the park should be closed and we will drag ourselves to the exit and over to the car to drive back “home” to CSR, where we probably fall asleep at the sight of our beds!

OOOO, Karin! Your plans for evening EMHs at MK have totally brightened my day! I have been so down about going back to school tomorrow and the work that entails, but seeing your plans made my heart feel light again! Thank you. I can't wait. I needed some excitement. And I'll be honored to look at your boat pictures!
