Nope, not us!

Don't smoke, try again :D

Let's see... we wear shorts and t-shirts, we buy new mugs every time we go, we have no children, we don't split/share/use CS credits for TS...

Hmmm... nope! Don't speed, never have. Don't want to take the risk of getting into an accident... especially since getting t-boned by someone who WAS speeding and ran a red light. Oh, and I also get to the right on Florida highways if I'm in the left lane and someone comes up behind me... as long as I have clearance to the right.

You know, that would be a heck of a lot easier to do if I didn't have to worry about whether or not my legs will be taken out today by someone not following the rules.

Wow! So yet... people who complain about heelies DO still follow all of the rules! Would you like to try a different argument? Oh yes, you have none. People who wear heelies in the park are breaking the rules, plain and simple.

PLEASE don't tell me you're perfect. My point is everyone picks and chooses the rules they follow.

Some others I forgot, "When entering the theatre, please pick a row and move all the way across."

"No flash photography during the ride/show"

I know it still doesn't mean it's right but let's be careful of throwing rocks....

I don't break the rules at WDW, but I never claimed to be perfect.

More of a nerd. :rotfl2:

I don't consider any of the things I said I do perfection, more common courtesy to those around me.

Did you let the store management know that you'd told them to stop?

Parents are the worst, letting the kids use them like that.

yes I did at the time I was a supervisor so I did go right to him pull him aside and told him that I had seen him and spoke to both him and his mother about how they were not allowed and that he could be endangering other customers.

I do it! So as not to be inconsiderate to all the people behind me!

"No flash photography during the ride/show"

I don't do it! Flash photography can interfere with some of the electronics, not to mention with other guests!

So many perfect people. I'm sorry I doubted everyone. :rotfl2:

I did say I would not let my kids wear them. My point was that almost everyone picks, chooses and interprets the rules to better suit them. Again, it doesn't make it right. Just an observation.

Wow, I totally said I was perfect there! Yes! You completely got EXACTLY what I was saying! You're like a mind reader!

Sarcasm aside, I'm not perfect, no. But there's a big difference between forgetting rules and disregarding them! It has been said there ARE signs saying no wheeled shoes. It's right there on the website, No Wheeled Shoes. To know those things and then still take heelies into the park is a disregrard for the rules. Especially when you do it repeatedly or defiantly.

And you're right. I'm not perfect. I took flash photography on Splash Mountain. 10 minutes to closing. When we were the only ones within 5 logs in the front or the back. That kind of rule breaking doesn't affect anyone. It's not dangerous to anyone (except maybe my camera!). But then again, I didn't see any signs anywhere that said no flash photography on that ride.

Just no dancing:

Now, you wanna know MY point? Don't break a rule when it's quite obvious that it could injure someone if something went wrong. While annoying, I don't have a problem with someone who doesn't move down all the way to the end of the row. If someone wants to bring a refillable mug from last year, so be it, let THEM get in trouble if it happens but it won't affect my vacation. Heelies in the park has too much potential of ruining my vacation when some brat runs into me and knocks me down by accident, and I don't have any respect for people who break that rule. Sorry, but that's just the bottom line of it, whether you like it or not.

Finally, someone who is not perfect. But still picking the rules they want to follow to suit their own. As was my point.

xraydave-

I do agree with that observation. I mean, how could that be argued? If everyone, everywhere followed the rules 100% of the time, we would have no need for police, a justice system, security, locks, etc. :)

Which would be nice, but only those people on the Walgreen's commercial have that. :rotfl:

And I am still trying to figure out how saying I only smoke in the smoking area was turned into me comparing myself to the big J????????????

:lmao: Thank you. Now can I have an extinguisher for my backside, please!:firefight

Way to ignore my point! :thumbsup2 Please to be responding to the rest of my post next time, I'd like to hear your opinion on that.

By the way, where's my own suite? I want it! Maybe it's in the castle! :P

:rotfl2:

These are killing me. Now I am dying for a Heely's shirt for September.

I guess the most we can hope for is that perhaps people will pause for a second and think "if i do this, will it affect others badly?" Then, act accordingly. :)

Boy, this subject has been done to death. Can we move on?

Hmmm...I am usually quite envious of the kids on Heeleys. I always think about how much quicker I could get around...especially to the "Fast Pass" ticket lines.

Justification for rule breaking. I did it but.....

Again my point...

Do you even UNDERSTAND the difference between breaking a rule that actually doesn't harm someone (like not moving down all the way in a row) and using heelies (which you can crash into someone and physically injure them)?!

THAT is my point! And you're ignoring it completely, and you know what? I don't like it AT ALL!
