You can have your opinion... but it doesn't negate the fact that they are a necessity. And while some people can be dangerous on them, some people walking can be just as dangerous to the people on the
ECV's! I had to stop on a dime more than once when I rented one, hurting both my back and neck when people would cut in front of me or let their children run in front of me, or my favorite of the day, heely right towards me.
I'll say it again... heelies are not a necessity to get someone around the park. ECV's are. It would be against the law to ban those in the park, especially since the wheelchairs are not weight rated for someone over 250 pounds. So the thing that is not a necessity would need to go, not the necessity.
