Just reviewed my NEW ressie info at WDW's site. It cancelled out my non refundable travel insurance.I spent the last 25 minutes of my life getting it re-instated at no cost to me. The first CM's response in REALLY bad broken English was(you're gonna love this one
) "Its not my fault its gone. But, when you rebooked your vacation, it was up to you to make sure it was still there". I then , patiently, asked for a supervisor and was connected nna with..........THE SURVEY!!! OMG! I thought that I was gonna blow a gasket
. I has to call back and was finally connected to a CM sup.. He said that I was the 5th person he spoke with today that had a problem with cancelled insurance after this hotel change. He fixed it, alls OK.
