Just finished an 8 day trip with extended family. We stayed at the Wilderness Lodge CL. It was a great trip, we had great dining experiences, and loved the hotel. We did rope drop every day and were back at hotel generally by 2 or 3 pm. We did do a few evenings as well. FP+ was fine, it works into rope drop strategies really well. I liked knowing that I already had a pass for time I wanted. That said, we did not use the 4th FP as we didn't really need it. We did have a problem with the FOF parade being rained out and having to jump through hoops to get a replacement fast pass. Transportation was the only real iffy part of trip. Some days it was great, others not so much. We had better bus experiences than boat which was surprising.
