HEA Post Party Check In/Snack in Viewing Area???

1. Our date for the HEA Post Party is May 31. The check in time on the reservation is 8:20 which is an hour before the show. Is this when I should actually check in, or should we check in earlier (is it even possible to check in earlier)?

2. Are we allowed to bring food into the viewing area (hot dog or lobster roll)?

Thanks for any help. We have only done the pre-party in the past.

I checked in around 7:30 before. Got the wrist band at the terrace. Just look for post fireworks check in sign. You can come and go from the area as many times as you want right up to fireworks time. We rode rides until 8:15 and then got a spot. You can bring whatever you want into the area. Right after the fireworks, go back to the check in area and you will be escorted to your seat. It was so great when I did it last weekend!
