HEA Dessert Party Questions

I have never done this party, however, I am interested in booking it in July. I have a couple questions before doing so: Can you do the desserts before the fireworks if you book the standing category or does the standing category only offer the desserts after the fireworks? After reading some reviews, it sounds like everyone really prefers the view from the grassy standing area. I would like the terrace seating but I wouldn't be happy if we had an obstructed or not-so-good side view. Could you request to sit near the railing, etc. Looking to book early July, does this event usually book to capacity? Any other information, would be great. Thanks!

Unless you absolutely need to sit in a chair, the garden party has a better view and is cheaper. They have both before and after parties, so you can take your pick. We usually do it twice every trip and many times, we have been able to sit for the show, although that is less likely to happen since they offered the after-party, since there are now more people watching. IMO, it's still the only way to watch HEA.
