~He didn't drink the Kool Aid.. He bathed in it!August TR~12/13 PG45 The End

Can't believe you're going to leave us hanging! Oh well, guess I'll have to check back after my exam on Friday - hopefully Caitlin has posted by then. Anyway, it looks like a great start to the day so far.

By the way, I love how quickly you and Caitlin respond to comments, it must be a ton of work, but definitely awesome.

I love breakfast in the MK! We've only done CP; we'll have to give CRT a try. Glad Josh was chosen for the flag ceremony; can't wait to read about it.

I love the french toast at CP! I think all Disney fans need to eat at the castle at least once. It's just so quintessential Disney :)

Thank you! The flag ceremony was a great honor and something we'll all, always remember!

Great update Dawn! Seeing the pictures from inside the castle actually made me well up a little:sad1:...like you, I was thinking of the last time we were there when Jas was 12 and the time before that she was 6...where has the time gone my friend:hug:

:woohoo::woohoo:For the Flag ceremony...and hmmm what a cliffhanger...can't wait to hear what it is;)

Thank you!
Our girls grew up too fast! But we are so lucky for the relationships we have with them and what wonderful young women they are :goodvibes

:)

Oooh that French toast looks so good!!! And the pictures are gorgeous! I cant wait to read what was on the tray. And great job on the flag ceremony. That will be wonderful too i am sure.

There's a restaurant in there?! LOL. I can't tell you how many times I've heard that.

What a great plan to go to CRT. I love it in there and I LOVE the cream cheese french toast. It's enough reason for me to eat there. ;)

Cliffhanger! I can't wait to hear about what happens next.

Thank you! CRT was a perfect way to start the day and as for breakfast, it's not over yet :)

My guess is that Caitlin will probably post on Friday.

Thank you. We appreciate when people take the time to read and post so we try to respond as soon as we can :goodvibes

Caitlin loved it!
Thank you!
The flag ceremony added extra magic to our day which was pretty perfect from morning til night :)

AHHHHHHHHHH the suspense!!!!!! It's killin' me!

YAY I'm so glad you got the flag ceremony! I can't wait to hear all about that.

Ariel's my favorite too! :thumbsup2

I have officially decided that CRT for breakfast is a must-do for my next trip! :goodvibes YUM!

Breakfast at the castle is the perfect start to a MK day :)

Oh that cliffhanger! What could it possibly be? It's too early to be a ring, isn't it?

Looks like you all had fun at breakfast. CRT really is a beautiful restaurant.

How cool to see the characters on the train from the monorail.

Don't you hate when people leave it hanging like that

You're right, CRT is beautiful and we did have a lot of fun there.

Passing the characters on the train added to the excitement we were all feeling that morning and felt like a little extra pixie dust :)

Finally all caught up. Love all the photos from DTD. You can totally see that Josh is already enjoying himself that evening. :thumbsup2

You drove to the parks this time? No Disney buses? I thought we were the only ones that did that.

I can't wait for the next update! And will stop here so I don't say anything else......

HE really did enjoy himself :)

We rented a car this time and I loved not having to depend on buses all the time! We only took the bus once or twice and we already decided we're renting a car next year too :)

Dawn,

We started renting a car in 2003 and never went back to riding the bus!! I have some information for you regarding car rentals, I will PM you with it.:cool1:

I completely understand! Having a car simplifies everything, especially since we usually take a cab to early adrs. I always like to get a car but Dale commutes to work an hour each way so he likes to let someone else drive on vacation. We solved the issue by just letting Josh do all the driving

I participated in the Flag Ceremony. It was very moving. Took everything in me not to cry when I was in public. When we went down the alley and they do more pictures then I started to tear up a lot!! The only thing I was disappointed about was I was there by myself. I really want to do it again when my boys are with me. So glad Josh go to do it. Can't wait to read your cliffhanger!!

The flag ceremony is very moving so I can understand your emotion. It's a great experience for the whole family so I really hope you get to do it again and have yours there! :goodvibes

She might have the next installment up tomorrow :rolleyes1

Wow, I'm surprised after all the times I've been to Disney, I've never seen nor heard of the flag ceremony. I am looking forward to reading what it entails....
but.....
of course.....
I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing what is on that tray! :rotfl:

Read you soon! :surfweb:
