I made reservations for the hoopdedoo. at the time was unsure if I was going to purchase the dining plan. but she made the reservations ( tier 2) as if I was just in case.
now they also took a credit card # with a 48 hr cancel policy.
question:
when do you actually get charged for the meal? do they ONLY charge your credit card if you never show up? what if you decide to pay cash? if we use our DDP is it marked when we check in? what "paperwork" do they have to make sure our credit card is not charged when we pay with the DDP(or cash)

If you get there and you have the DDP they dont charge your CC at all because you use your DDP credits. If you want to pay out of pocket just tell them when you check in and theyll charge your CC there.

When we went in Sept. we wanted to pay for the Hoop with the rewards card and not use the 2TS and use these for other meals. But they needed the credit card to hold the ADR and when we got there we switched to the rewards from the credit card. Just let them know when you check in.
