Hi, nickelsfamily, you can book dinner shows a year out. :wizard: so the earlier you call the better chance u have to get front seats. :thumbsup2 I booked the luau show at the polynesian a year out and they told me that for sure i'll probably get front seats since I clld in so early. :cheer2: so the earlier the better.

Dinner Show Reservation Policy Change - If you wish to book a Hoop Dee Doo Review or Spirit of Aloha Dinner Reservation for dates beginning January 1, 2007, will only be allowed 180 days in advance. During 2006, you can still make reservations greater than 180 days in advance but only until the end of 2006. This changes the current policy allowing reservations up to one year in advance.

Book early and hope for the best.

We ate at the HDD last Thursday and we had a ball!!!! I had not been in probably 20 years, but it was just as much fun as I remembered.
It is not gourmet food, but it was very good for what it was. The ribs were meaty and delicious, and the fried chicken was really good. I was too full to eat the Strawberry Shortcake, but the kids adored it.
The show is really fun. There is a lot of audience interaction and the guests really do get into it.
We called really early for our reservations and we were right at the stage, next to the piano player - Table 14. I have heard that they assign tables by the way they receive the reservations, so the earlier the better. I believe we had such good seats since we called so early. The do charge your credit card in full, at the time of the reservation, if that matters to you.
I think it is worth the cost of the show. I will not wait 20 years to go back the next time.

Thanks!
