Having trouble adding ground transportation, help please?

So I know where to add transportation on the website, but there is no where to add hotel information to pick up from? Do they assume you just need airport transportation? I tried to use the Live chat, 2 days in a row. And they are too busy. Any advice?

I called to make Disney Cruiseline ground transportation.

You need to call to add the info, there isn't a way to do it online or through the app for some reason.

Yes, you need to call so you can add hotel info. I added transfers at a later date and had already done my online check in. Because I added transfers some of my travel info changed from what I added in the app during online check in and the CM on the phone fixed it all.

FYI, I tried chat a few days ago and they were too busy, but I called and instantly got through. Basically the opposite of what you would expect!

Yes, as everyone has stated need to call. Just know that not all hotels come up on their end. I am staying at Bay Lake Tower and when booking transportation the CM tried tell me Bay Lake Tower was not a Disney hotel. I suggested the Contemporary Resort and they were able to book me from there. Have a great trip!

Thanks everyone, in today's digital world, I am shocked we can't book the hotel departure to Port Canaveral online. If you are a member of Owners Locker, they list every single hotel within ?30 miles of their office and you can easily choose one. It truly is baffling we have to call to do this. I am waiting on hold now "15 minutes". Oh well, maybe they can fix this soon.
