Having trouble adding ground transportation, help please?

So I know where to add transportation on the website, but there is no where to add hotel information to pick up from? Do they assume you just need airport transportation? I tried to use the Live chat, 2 days in a row. And they are too busy. Any advice?

I called to make Disney Cruiseline ground transportation.

You need to call to add the info, there isn't a way to do it online or through the app for some reason.

Yes, you need to call so you can add hotel info. I added transfers at a later date and had already done my online check in. Because I added transfers some of my travel info changed from what I added in the app during online check in and the CM on the phone fixed it all.
