having concierge do adr's

My time to make adr's is coming up. This is the first time we are staying concierge. I'm debating if I'll call to make them or email all my info the the concierge to do for me. Has anyone else used them instead of calling yourself? I feel like I dont want to give up control of doing it myself, like they wont be able to get what I want. What does everyone else (that has stayed concierge) do?

1) Concierge can certainly make ADR'S for you.
2) Just remember, they DO NOT have super powers.
3) They can't guaranteed grabbing that CRT ressie for you.
4) They normally have good success, but not always.

I always use the concierge to make my ADRs. They send a form, which I fill out and e-mail back to them. They then make everything for me and send me a confirmation. If I have changes, they make the changes for me as well. I have rarely had a problem getting what I want. On the other hand, I am pretty flexible about what I want, so not getting exactly what I want is not that big a deal to me.

We use the concierge. That is part of the service that we are paying for, and they have always gotten us the PS's we want, including CRT. If you have concerns, you can communicate those to them.

My 180 day mark is in one month and I have been wondering the same thing - do I make the ADR for CRT myself or have the concierge staff book it. It's good to hear that someone was able to get CRT when using concierge staff to make all the ADRs.

I always use concierge to book my ADRs and out of all our trips we were only not able to get exactly what I wanted once and that was because I asked to see if CRT was available for a last minute Christmas holiday trip. I wasn't surprised that it wasn't available so it wasn't a big deal. I'd say that is a pretty good track record.
