Well, the banner shows up in the preview of my signature line, but doesn't seem to actually show up.

I went to UserCP and clicked on change signature line, then pasted the url into the window. Is this right? Thanks!

you and me both! He has been asleep for over an hour and he gave up daily napping when he was 2!!

I didn't realize 1) your trip is so close 2) it is your first time!!
My first time was at the GF as well and it REALLY spolied me for every other hotel on property. When we went again and stayed at the BC I was wondering where the robes were and why I didn't get a chocolate on my pillow!!

OK here I go - I am jumping in I am one of "those" who has been lurking for years. You are a wonderful and supportive group of people and I just had to join in!! I read every word - you are all so kind and patient and answer every question - no matter how many times its been asked AND I feel like I know you all personally!! ( I keep checking the posts to see if Channing is settled in yet )

So just thanks to all for:
The GF info (can NOT believe I am actually staying there in Dec 08 with my sister - been our dream for years!! - sorry boys - you're not going!!)
The WW info - because of all the positive talk - I joined on line last week - I will update my losses
The Basic Minerals info - gonna check out tomorrow!!

Cinderumbrella - We live in Los Angeles and have been to Disneyland many times, but I know this will be different. Not only is it our first Disneyworld trip, but it's our first family vacation! We've only ever been to visit relatives. So, woooo!

Hooray!! It's flying day for Channing!! Have a great time!! Even if you get stuck with the dreaded dumpster view, just remember that in a few short days you will be headed to your beloved GF and they will make it all better!! Take tons of pics of the Easter activities, if you remember, as it will make a terrifc addition to the FAQ thread!

BTW- I LOVE watching the Bachelor I watched Dancing with the Stars too, but I am not too into it this year Maybe I was just being grouchy yesterday!!

Channing -- have a fantastic trip!

I thought the Bachelor was very interesting... I'm addicted to that show!

Tink -- congrats on the weigh in!

Kristin -- I'm sorry your DS is sick. A quick nose swab at the pediatrician's office can diagnose the flu, and Tamiflu is very helpful -- cut our flu down to 2 or 3 days. If he does have the flu, he would be better in just a couple of days, but you have to start taking it quickly after getting sick. The rest of the family can take Tamiflu preventively as well.

I've missed you guys! We had a government audit on Friday, then had baseball and soccer on Saturday, and left for a few days at Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine. (Only an hour from our house.)

We had to cancel our annual ski trip to South Lake Tahoe, so I booked a few nights at GWL. It was fun, but terribly expensive for what you get.

Good Morning ladies!!

smcinerney- Welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DS is worse today. His fever is about 102F and now the cough etc. is beginning. He slept really well last night (only got up once to go to the bathroom and have some Tylenol) He was down for about 14 hours (after a nearly 3 hour nap). He is bundled on the couch right now watching Dora... but I fear any Easter plans may have just gone out the window (We were supposed to celebrate Sat and Sun with both families)

And now we are supposed to get 6 inches of snow tonight and tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love everyone's new tickers!!!!!!!!!!! (Still holding onto my Christmas one though!!)

Dawn- we have never done GWL but are doing the Wilderness for a couple of days for DS's bday in June. That is supposed to hold me over until WDW Like Wis Dells can compare...

I have been a very good girl with my calories again (even with that big St Pats dinner!!) I am only 3-4 pounds away from my "summer weight" so I will do 2 weeks of Atkins Induction starting 4/1 and hope to be where I need to be at the end of that 2 weeks...

I enjoyed the Bachelor (Not sure I will watch the whole season, but he is quite charming...) Does anyone here watch Dancing with the Stars? I have watched every season but I feel so BLAH about this one. Could Priscilla Presley look any more bored?? She was never aware that the cameras were on her etc. Last season was SO GOOD that they won't even come close with this year's participants...

Hey- split stayers- question for you... when can I make my ADR's?? 180 days from my first ressie for my whole trip or do I have to call back 180 days from my second to make the rest??? No one over on the restuarant board knew for sure...

We nearly always do split stay. I always make all of them at 180 days out, but, like everything with Disney YMMV.

I hope your son feels better soon. Me and BF have had that flu/cold all winter. When one of us gets over it the other gets it. I think we might finally be past it now, but it is awful. I'm sure its even worse for a little guy

You can make them all 180 days from check-in on your 1st reservation.
