at least I am in good company LOL
I am in the deep deep south so what can you do?

By 10 days out I am completly packed. (maybe 1 or 2 things in daily use that go in the last second (lovey blankie stuff), but that's it.)
Hey Brook, are YOU packed yet??????? Make me feel better and say no, please!!!!!![]()
Where'd ya guys see the advanced test?? Maybe I need to go back and check that out too......
Still waiting on cabana info!![]()
Chan![]()
hmmm I am half packed![]()
I have our clothes ironed and in the suitcase ...except for my new outfit I just bought... got to pack it.
I don't have all the "crap" packed yet but I know where it is in the house....
Lesley, you might want to run to Walmart and pick up a bunch of those clear plastic cheapy rain ponchos and throw them in your suitcase. It rains most afternoons in June...fast summer showers which to you northerners are like drenching rains![]()
They never last more than an hour but can put a damper on things if your in the park. The good news is it cools you off in the heat of the afternoon ...and the ride lines go WAY down when its raining but you do get wet LOL
I usually pack a bunch of those cheapy rain ponchos and keep them in my back pack. That way I can just throw them away when we are done and not bothering trying to re fold them .... AAACKKKK you need to be an engineer or a rocket scientist to fold those things right![]()
Also, look for those little key chain face stick sun screen things. They are super light weight and great to use so the kids don't get burnt while in the park. Carrying a big old can of sun screen can be a pain but those little sticks keep the cheeks and shoulders from burning!
Good Morning everyone!!!
I am married 17 years today!!! Amazing!!!
Anyway, Channing I don't know what info you waiting for either from the GF or one of us. But I will tell you that last July the two plain cabanas were not FREE!!! One of the women there asked me what I paid because she was flipping out over the price of the plain one. I think it was only $20 cheaper or something like that!!
I never knew about the ponchos on our first trip. It poured rain and so I had to buy 4 ponchos at the Disney price which is WAY EXPENSIVE!

Channing~ I did not know you could replace them if they were torn. I take mine back each trip and they are good quality but I remember them being kind of expensive.
Glad the debate on the cabanas is over and we have the true info! Thanks!
We keep those Mickey Ponchos from years back! We have them rolled up in a zipper bag and we keep them on our Disney backpack! I love em!
