well if there budget is 4000 and they bought air so that have 2800 left for room and tickets so do they need dining? The swan has no dining plan and no DME. How do they plan on getting from the airport?
Call Disney ask for a AAA discount on a room they will need the card when they check in. Also you could hav them book and if a code comes they could try and have it applied to the packages.

Mandy~ sounds like we ended up with some really good men ;)

I am the only one on both sides of the family that has been married twice  talk about rebelious :rotfl2:
Dh has always been my friend and has been there since DS13 was born so luckily we didn't have any blended family type problems. My Ds has always thought of him as a dad. He does see is real father once a year and loves him ... he doesn't think of him as "dad" though.

Good morning everyone!!!! 38 more days until I am basking in the GF sun!

He is 8 1/2 years older. A lot of people were skeptical about "why" we were getting married but we proved them wrong about 9 months later :rotfl: Shame isn't it? That my story!

What a great story!! I dont mind novels! Mine is a novel to but to make it short, I hope, I was living with another guy (I chose my words because man doesnt fit) and he wanted a motorcycle. I worked with my now DH who owned a motorcycle and offered me a ride on his in hopes to ease my fear of the bike. Well, I hated it but we ended up pulling over at a restaurant parking lot and decided to go in and have a drink! Innocent enough to the both of us as we were co workers who had been out with other co workers before. We had a great time and neither one of us wanted to leave. Cut to about 6 weeks later, I had broken up with the other guy and brought my now DH to Christmas for the first time meet and greet. It went great and a few weeks later my aunt who is like my mother said, you should marry a man like that...they dont come around that often! We had talked about it anyways but wanted to make sure things were real! I am sure a lot of people thought I was pregnant too but my DD was born on our first anniversary! Same time, too. We were married at 3 pm on Oct 28, 2000 and she was born at 2:28 pm one year later! :goodvibes Too funny! This year it will be 8 years and we are still going strong! He is also a military man who was married before. He always tells me how I am his second chance at life!

I love reading everyone's DH stories!

Mine is kinda crazy.... DH is a pilot and I was a flight attendant. And that was that. :rotfl:

Tete~ great story!
Lesley~ :rotfl: :rotfl: but did you join the mile high club? :rotfl: :rotfl:

I love reading how gals ended up with the good guy! I was such a rebel in my youth! If the guy was a total "bad boy" I was head over heels with him :rotfl:
I am so very glad I married my boy scout :rotfl2:

My boys are talking about mother's day in the next room and they don't know I can hear...
Ryan: what are you getting mom for mothers day?
Donovan: not sure i haven't decided yet
Ryan: well it is this weekend you better think of something
Donovan: I guess I can get dad to take me to walmart tonight
Ryan: our mom? walmart? :rotfl: :rotfl: your kidding right?
Donovan: She doesn't care what I get her as long as it comes from the heart...
Ryan: Have you ever met our mother?

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
I love easedropping.. they are hysterical sometimes :rolleyes1

Hey Brook, what parks are you getting the VIP service for? We decided on MK and DHS.

We have the VIP guide for Epcot, DHS and MK.
I am still up in the air about the Epcot thingy. I booked it and paid for it but I can cancel up to 48 hours before the tour.. I wanted it just in case. I am like 99% sure I am going to do it for Epcot.

Another one you might think about it the private safari tour at AK for conceirge guest. Its about an hour long and they take you to see the animals. It is not the sunrise or sunset safari... this one is different and is opened to all conceirge guest. Its $45 per person. I am not doing the VIP thing for AK but Savannah LOVES the safari ride and this beats standing in line for 2 hours to see Killo. safari

Its proper name is the Wildlife discovery excursion. It is a private tour of the safari on an air conditioned bus :cheer2:
they stop and you get to see the animals and they tell you about them. It sounds pretty cool but I have never done it before. My boys are all about the rides so this trip Savannah and I get to do some of the things WE want to do! :rotfl: Here is a little discription about the tour. As I said its $45 a person. Some of the money is a donation to their wildlife fund. You also get a special collectors pin and I have read that they give you a fast pass to ride the regular ride after the tour is over.

Guests staying on the concierge level at a Walt Disney World Deluxe Resort can take advantage of a unique tour called Wildlife Discovery Excursions. An animal expert will accompany you in a specialy designed climate controlled vehicle for a one hour journey into the 110 acre savannah at Disney's Animal Kingdom. (Tours began February 2005).

Sounds like me. I tried to find every bad boy in every surrounding county until I found dh. Now...the love of my life.

We went to school together. I was a Freshman and he was a Senior. I remember he was in my typing class and I just had this feel about him. Anyway-he married one of my good friends. They were like a little Ken and Barbie. He was a basketball player, she was a cheerleader. She was beautiful, county fair queen, came from a very wealthy farming family and they had a the wedding of a lifetime (featured in a magazine). Well low and behold a year after their marriage she had an affair and a year later they were divorced.

I came back to our town's summer festival and he asked me to go golfing and I of course said "NO" I finally gave in and we went on a date and I was head over heals...but unfortunately he was not ready for a committment after such a bad marriage. He was so heart broken after his divorce. I cannot even put it into words. I think this is one reason I fell in love with him. I could just tell he was a good guy.

We dated on and off for a few years. I left for California for some training for 3 weeks. He ended up flying out to visit me. We rented a convertible and took a ride up the coast and spent a weekend in Santa Barbara. A few weeks later we were engaged.

The rest is history. We are so much in love and I am so glad we found eachother. My husband always says our life is like the song from Garth Brooks "Unanswered Prayers."

Also with your Ds8, you might want to check out the pirate thingy boat ride they have in the morning at GF. You don't get to go and I dont know a whole lot about it as my boys were too old for it. I did get to see the boys leave and return the last time I was there and it was ADORABLE and all the boys were so excited and it looked like they were ALL having a blast. The "pirates" take the boys out on a boat to teach them to be pirates for a few hours... not sure how long exactly but if you have a morning you are not doing the parks, you might want to look into it. I think the ages are 4 and up but again I am not sure as my boys were too old for it .

Two great ideas in a row! You're on a roll! :)

I don't know a whole lot about it and can't give you a review as I have never done it :rotfl2: so if its a bomb don't blame me :rotfl:

This is how I looked at it, the line for the killo. safari can be well over an hour long... in the hot june sun :scared1: its a quick 5 minute ride ...maybe shorter as I never timed it. They don't stop so you can take pics and you stay on a certain path and what animals are on the path are the ones you see. I figured sitting in an air conditioned bus for an hour to see animals sure beats standing in the hot sun for an hour :rotfl2:
Savannah LOVES animals and I know she will get a kick out of it. I am not sure about your toddler... maybe pack him some quiet things to do in your diaper bag before hand .. just in case!

I hope you guys have a great time when you are at WDW!

My Dh was friend first, he was actually my ex boyfriends friend. To long of a story to post here.
