Me! Me! I am having a crappy week and I want to VENT! My problems are minor compared to some but I am still feeling crappy. I agree with Fiona in that I want to CRAP on my supervisor too!!!
I am normally off for the summer - I work in a school district. I recently had my days and salary cut so that for the first time in my working career I will make LESS money this year than I did last year. A week later my supervisor got a raise and a contract extension.
I was called in yesterday because someone lost some paperwork that I completed in May and the printers weren't working in C.O.
I have to go in tomorrow because all the computers were unhooked at one of the elems when they cleaned the carpets and weren't hooked back up right. Summer school started yesterday. You would have thought that maybe someone would have made sure the computers were working like maybe on Friday - BEFORE summer school started. THEN perhaps I could have fixed them when I was there yesterday! I work 30 miles from home so there's MORE gas money out the window!
I am recording every last second that I work and turning in mileage. I have never done that before when I have had to stop in during the summer but I am going after every penny I can get now!
BUT... on a HAPPY note - 19 days til my anniversary ADULTS ONLY trip to the GRAND FLORIDIAN!!! Just LET them try to get a hold of me during THOSE 6 days!!!

now I feel a bit better.
will be piling up. I hope DH can fix it. Otherwise I'll be on the bottom of the repair man's list. I don't want to go to MIL's to do laundry.
Good, let them be scared!
I have no idea how my insurance card found its way out of my glove compartment but it did. So he couldn't let me go on all three counts. So, I now have a ticket for speeding and for being uninsured. In lieu of losing my license for six months, I have to appear in court on 9/11 to prove that I have insurance and to have the speeding ticket dropped to a careless driving ticket (no points). Now, that doesn't seem so bad, I'll pay some fines and move along...BUT I am a teacher and that day is my first day of school!!!! How do I explain that one to my brand new boss "your kindergarten teacher was so dumb that she forgot her license and her insurance card and got pulled over for speeding!!"
That would be wonderful!
). No license, expired insurance card (I just didn't replace the old one when it came in the mail) and failure to inspect.
