You don't say where you are staying if it is POP, one of the All Stars or even PO they all have pay it forward or fridge swaps you could join to pass it along. Otherwise if you have time I would personally find a family checking in and give them the box/bag or go the bus stop and start handing them out to people standing in line. There is nothing like spreading the pixie dust.

We saw a family in the hallway and asked them if they needed some extra bottled water, then gave it to them.

We participated in a "Pay it forward" swap. There was a box of goodies (water, glow sticks, cups, stickers, etc.) and we traded with other families last year while staying at Pop Century. It was great. We took what we wanted to use and left what we couldn't take home. I also did a stroller swap and met face to face. We had leftover beer and I handed it to her. She gladly accepted!
