Charges now have been upped to st 1st Degree Assault & Gang Assault.

His lawyer was on the news saying the cop is being overcharged because he is a cop.

Duh! No ****. He swore an oath to protect and serve and enforce the law. Not break the windshield, terrorizing the family and providing an entrance for others to get into the car.

At least this lawyer seems more on the ball than the two lawyers of first two beaters, who seem like they got their law degrees from a correspondence school. (Not that I want them all to get off. )


A 7th man has been arrested today!

Police showed up at his home earlier when he wasn't there. So he came with his lawyer today and turned himself in. The lawyer claims he's not seen on the video. (Do they still not know the police have the complete video and a new one now?) Asked what he will be charged with, the police say: the same as everyone else.

I don't understand it either. But this is not the first instance of a cop acting in a criminal manner nor is it unique to NYC cops.

On the front page of our local paper today, cop is caught red handed PLANTING drugs on a 16yo KID so he could arrest him.

Scumbags.
