I'm always worried this time of year about legit websites when ordering gifts. Has anyone ordered from officialseenontvstore before? My dad has seen something and it's cheaper on the website.

Sorry I haven't ordered from them, but Target carries a large selection of the "as Seen on tv" items.

I don't know where you live, but there are several of the stores in malls in the DC metro area. I've never bought anything off the website, but I have in the stores.

I've seen several stores with a "As seen on TV" sections. Like Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond and Big Lots.

What product are you looking for?? You might be able to get it cheaper at BB&B with one of their mailer coupons and no shipping charges. There was a topic a while back on this board with reviews of several TV promoted items. Might give you some insight to the product you want and if there's something better out there.

I *think* that was the website I ordered 2 dvds from about 5 years ago. If it is, I only received one dvd. I kept on trying to contact customer service and was never able to get a hold of anyone and thus lost money on the other dvd.

I ordered a set of CD's from them for my father for Christmas and
NEVER GOT THEM!
They now do not answer their phones.
They did send me an email promising a full refund ($120)...that was Dec 20th.
It has been a month, still no refund.
Thankfully, my credit card company is fighting for me and have issued me a temporary refund.
DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
