Have you ever filed a complaint with the BBB?

I think it can't work because it is a debit card they have been charging. I am surprised the bank that issued the card can't do something about it, to stop this. I know if it was an actual credit card they can and do help. I had a driveway put in and to make a long story short the owner tried to charge me for extra gravel that was never delivered. I called my credit card and they took the charges off and took the money out of his account. He never disputed it. Guess he figured he was caught.

You can dispute a debit card the same that you can a credit card. It basically works exactly the same as with a credit card.

I honestly don't see the point of filing with the BBB. I've never heard of them actually doing anything. I've also known people who filed a complaint with them and had the complaint removed when the company told the BBB it had been resolved and it had not.
