If so where and what with? :cool1:

I've had two cortisone sacro iliac joint injections and one facet joint injection, both for lower back pain. I do feel better, but it was a pain in the butt initially. ;) And nothing like having the dr walk in with me ready for the shot, sunny side up. :rotfl2:

I had a tetanus shot this summer, and my arm hurt for weeks.

DH had to give me shots in the butt when we were TTC. I was pretty nervous about him doing them, and when the time came for the first one, I waited and waited and told him to hurry up already. Little did I know, he was already done. I didn't feel a thing. My butt must be numb.

So if I call someone a pain in the butt, I really mean it. :rotfl2:

Hope your back is feeling better soon!!!

i had a b-12 shot 2 weeks ago-DH gives me one each month. hope you feel better very soon.

I had to have an MRI a couple weeks ago and had to have an injection of some sort of contrast. I was afraid it was going to hurt or burn or something going in, but I really didn't feel anything thankfully!

I can't even remember the last time I was injected. Hmmm...

Hep A and B, typhoid, polio, rabies, tetatus diptehria, MMR. Going back for the last round of Hep A and B soon. That was for the summer travel season - didn't need anything for the autumn travel season as its Germany/France/Austria etc

Hope that you feel better!

I got my flu shot a week ago.

I changed my insulin pump this morning, so that's a long needle in the tummy. I also gave myself a shot of Procrit, for anemia, on my tummy.

I also had two cortisone injections a couple of weeks ago. I had one in my hip and one in my shoulder. At least I can move again. I was almost home bound before I got them.

I finished chemotherapy recently. Was getting daily injections in the stomach of lukine to boost white cell counts. Can't say that I'm sorry it's over. I'm really going to miss icing my stomach each morning on the way to the doctor's to get that lukine injection.

YES!!!!

Two shots of Toldorone or something sounding like that during a Gallbladder attack. Phenegren during same said attack.

Then I have no idea what all I had through my IV when I had my gallbladder out but there were 4 or 5 different things.

OK, I'm just coming back to say that I hope that EVERYONE on this thread feels better. I was fortunate enough just to have had vaccinations lately, and not injections for an illness

BEST THOUGHTS TO EVERYONE TO FEEL BETTER! :)

Flu shot last week. And although she didn't inject, me, I did let a nursing student practice sticking me for blood twice last week.:scared:

I got a flu shot last week... and the week before, I actually GAVE an injection to my roommate :scared1:

Back in August. I went to the ER at night for SEVERE abdominal cramping. It was so bad I thought I was going to die. They gave me a shot of morphine for the pain and let me say that I can totally understand how people can become addicted to that stuff.
