GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!

It is a beautiful day here... I am finally feeling a little more like a human being, no major pain in my mouth anymore! You would think with all the pain I felt, I would have lost a few pounds, but, NOO... I managed to eat just fine! ;)

Thanks to everyone for their good thoughts and wishes! :sunny:

Have a Magical Day!!!

annamonte - glad you are recovered! I remember all too well craving a hot dog after my own wisdom teeth were extracted. After a week I finally thought I could open my mouth wide enough to bite into a jumbo dog at Portillo's, and was thoroughly disappointed to find I had to eat it with a knife and fork. It just didn't taste the same that way!

GoofyJoofy you sound like a terrific husband and daddy. Your girls will LOVE the GF spa! I can't wait until my own niece is old enough to appreciate it.

You all have to give me some little cosmic kicks - I have not done ONE thing to plan for our August trip, and it is zooming up quickly! I don't have one PS made, didn't do my spa ressie, no room request made, etc etc. DH's tee time is set, so he figures we're good to go!

Anyone heard from Woodysroundup lately? I think I will give her a call or PM her. Hope everything is OK and she is just summertime busy with the kids and all.

Magical, fabulous trips to everyone leaving soon; it's good to have our counters back!

annamonte so glad to hear you are feeling better! I think I could manage to eat anytime, I know I would find a way!:)
I hope everyone who has left or going soon has a wonderful time.
Have had a case of the "poor me" after my last doctor visit, but am over it now and will face whatever is thrown my way Ok now. Prayer does work wonders. Of course my husband says planning my trip is working wonders also!!!!:p
Madyson is great at cheering up her Nana and Zachary calls me everyday from California to talk. Granchidren are great medecine.
It is another beautiful day here in MA., Everyone enjoy their weekend.

annamonte~~
So glad you are feeling better! That mouth surgery is not fun at all! I can relate to the not losing weight. . .when I was 18 and had my wisdom teeth taken out, my mom fixed me all kinds of yummy food. Just whizzed it in the blender! You would be suprised at how *good* Eggplant Parmesan tastes when it's blended into baby food! LOL!

Good afternoon all!

BT...I am still a relative newbie when it comes to the Poly and CL. THis is only my 4th trip ever to WDW and first CL experience. So, I am at a loss for ideas for a mini meet.:scratchin

annamonte, glad to hear that you are doing well!

KerryCM...I will continue to keep you in my prayers.

Where is Woody? Steveand Donna, let us know if you touch base with her.

steveanddonna and cajunfan...working on a little something for the night of the 4th, so leave that evening open.....
Oh gosh, BT you are too gracious! Consider the evening kept open, but I really just meant for you to give us some ideas, not to go to a lot of trouble. I am completely intimidated by your superior knowledge of the ins and outs of WDW and felt hopelessly inadequate suggesting the mundane things I was able to think of! It will be wonderful just to meet some fellow Lizards and share our appreciation of WDW with like-minded souls.

I have finally made my list of things I need to talk to IPO about, so I am back on planning track. I can't believe we leave in just over three weeks!

Does anyone know if Dreamflight will still be at WDW the 1st week of Aug.? Seems she had a really long trip planned, but with many destinations.

We were on page two! We just can't have that!

Glad to hear you're doing well, annamonte! Same with KerryCM! I heard from woody about a week ago via PM and I know she still needs lots of P and PD sent her way regarding her son's testing.
I pray her family is getting some good news.

I wish I could plan a trip for when you will all meet! Sounds like a fun time will be had by all!

So glad our counters and signatures are working! I just love my cow with REDwings!

I will leave the cap. machine running for anyone needing a late night pick me up! Good night all!
Debbie

Good afternoon all!

Just stopping by to say hello, and checking for any fun and fanciful ideas and stories!

I will leave out afternoon goodies for all!

Good afternoon everyone :sunny:

I am getting very excited about my upcoming stay at GF and BWI CL. Alana has been a dream come true helping me with room information, PS and a few "surprises" for DD and DN. Making use of the wonderful planners is so festive and exciting :teeth: I can't wait to see the girls' reactions::MinnieMo ::MinnieMo
It's a beautiful day here at the beach - but HOT. About 96 degrees:crazy:
Well - just wanted to chime in with my LL plans:teeth:

she was once with AKL IPO, no suprise there!;)

So, Alana, Sue, Andrea are the best at responding quickly to your phone calls and emails and therefore getting what you want and when you want it!
That's TRUE concierge service, my friends!

I'm giving them the "DISney Bliss Personified" Favorite IPO AWARD!!!!:teeth: :teeth: :teeth:

still tweeking on this next trip....:earseek:

ROFL!!
Yes, Alana is fantastic! :cheer2: She actually helped me last year when I was planning my AKL CL trip and remembered me when she got my email to BWI last week. It was a nice surprise to get an email from her and that she'd moved. (Hope AKL CL IPO hasn't suffered too much without her:earsgirl: )

DF-seems like you've already left but in case you're checking in-I love Dumbo! I have to keep my collections to a minimum-mostley just Disney toys right now. I've got about 75 of the 100 McDonalds 100 year anniversary toys. My kids just love sorting them and playing with them. We have a somewhat small 3 bedroom house with no garage, a wet basement, and no attick so space in here with 3 small kids is at a premium. We'd think about moving since we'd got a lot for our house but know we'd never replace our quiet location less than 1/4 mile from the ocean in a town with great schools. With my DH at home with the 3 kids we can't afford an addition right now-maybe someday. So anyways thanks for sharing your collection with all of us they are wonderful.

Has anyone seen the Disney blinds? I just saw an ad in the latest issue of Family Fun. Might be a great way for me to bring Disney into the home without taking up any space. There is no Dumbo but some really great Peter Pan, Mickey, Nemo, Monsters....It will be really hard to choose. I was thinking of doing my son's room in a cowboy theme so maybe Woody or even a classic Mickey. They are cordless so they're safe for kids. Here's a link:
Classic Mickey Mini Blind

annamonte-glad to hear you're on the mend.

Woody-still thinking of you and sending P & PD for your DS.

BT & steveanddonna - Thanks for the compliments

I have been working with Alana (and a few others) too and I agree. We are going to the BC in Aug. She has inspired me on several occasions.
I have also worked with Amy, Lauren and Darlene, depending on who is available when I call or email. All of them are always so full of joy and just give you the sense they really want to help you and make things special just for you.

I love the fact that the IPO staff is always so positive and cheerful, that it actually gives me a lift during the day just talking to them. :D

I agree, they are all wonderful! I think I gave the updates to everyone on who was where right now, and Don (also wonderful but not a girl!LOL) is now filling in on emails, too! DD was over this weekend so we're putting together the last of our plans. This will be her second S/D cl trip, but her very first Disney concierge trip so I can't wait till she experiences the full treatment!

Big wave to everyone!
Debbie

Finally hot in Chicago, hurray! Spent most of the afternoon in the pool with 2 of our nieces. DH just asked if I would maybe want to take one of them with in August - this from my guy who told me in January "no more kid trips for at least a year!" I told him to think on it for a day or two and let me know if he really wanted to bring a niece - especially if it might prevent him from doing both e-ride nights! I think he was jazzed by all the playtime he got to have because the girls were over - no errand running or housecleaning for us today!

Hey SteveandDonna!

How old are the neices? Why not bring them to enight. We brought two 8 yr olds with us two years ago and they loved it. (BTW, neither is a "night owl"...both are used to going to bed between 8-9 at night) We just didn't rush to do things the next am!

One niece is 3½, one is 7 and neither are night owls. The 7 year old went with us once before and whined through the first hour of MVMCP, even though she had an "extra" nap in the stroller during the early evening. These two also HATE heat and one is terrified of thunderstorms, so Florida in August would be a huge mistake. DH changed his mind anyways within about an hour of mentioning the possiblility of bringing one of the kids, which I kind of knew he would. About 10:00 last night he told me he was feeling selfish and would rather take the kids some other time. Our nephew turned 4 in March, so he will join us sometime before his 5th birthday in March 2005, and he is a joy and a sweetie, but a handful and a half - it will probably remind DH why he chose to be a favorite uncle instead of a Daddy!

Enjoy the Kona coffee, orange-guava juice and breakfast yummies I left on the counter! It's off to work for me.

Good Afternoon everyone! :sunny: It is such a nice day here. I am longing for a yummy fruit tart from the lounge!
I am almost at my 90 day mark. Alana has been working on my PS for me. I also want to have a few surprises in the rooms for everyone.
Wanted to get us back on page 1.
Have a great day!:sunny: :wave2:

Kerry-do tell!! What kinds of things are you planning?
