I had a call from a company I applied for today to say they were extremely impressed with my application and the results of some assesments I did.
They asked me to complete one more set of online tests, but were so confident that I would do well that they provisionally booked me into an interview anyway, providing I did ok on these tests.
However, I have done THE STUPIDEST THING! I filled out the tests, was so pleased with my answers, but I've just realised something.
When I was asked to describe myself, the FIRST thing I wrote was 'enterprenuerial' implying that I am willing to take risks, be a team leader, be enterprising and help others.
However, I've just looked up what it means and I've misunderstood it slightly and therefore shouldn't have used it to describe myself.
I'm devestated! I can't believe I did that. I can only HOPE the person who reads it doesn't quite know what it means either, or realises that I might not have meant it in the literal sense.
Do you think if the rest of my application is good, that I'll still be asked for an interview?

that's sweet of you to say.
I'm so accustomed to writing and using big words that I rarely even think about looking things up. I should have been more careful. Strangely enough I re-read it and re-read it, but for some reason that didn't stand out to me.
