I'm another person who never got to eat a Beaver Tail at WDW. Often passed by the stand, thinking "I'll get one...next time." Alas!

What did they taste like? Anything like a churro?

No-- kinda like an elephant ear. Stretched dough, deep fried -- then topped with your favorite topping -- cinnamon and sugar or fudge, or ... whatever the other toppings were...

OMG, I can't believe I typed that. LOL I meant the CM's that were in the Beaver Tail booth silly. They would sing you this little song if you asked them. It was great fun.
